The spring rises from a depth of 402 metres. The NTK - 4 hydrogeological well is located in the protected area of the Low Tatras, about 1200 m north of the production hall. NTK - 4 was bored in the village of Dolná Lehota near the primary school building to a depth of 402 m. The documented maximum steady-state yield is 41.0 ls-1; in a depression it is 53 m. The drill has an artesian overflow whose yield varies between 4.12 l.s-1 and 6.91 ls-1. The level of artesian overflow rises to a maximum of +5.70 m above the terrain. The water has a minimum temperature of 10 and a maximum of 10.9 degrees Celsius; the transient hardness is 14.6 - 15.1.
